MBA from Lagos State University and a Masters Degree in finance
from Oyprus University. He is also a Chattered Management
Accountant CIMA. Senior Member Chartered Institute of Risk
Management and a fellow Institute of Property Auctioneers. having
spent over 3 decades in Banking, Consulting and Real Estate. He as
also acquired skills in Rsk Management, Administration, Strong Organization/ Project Management through various professional
training he attended in Nigeria South Africa, United Kingdom,
Canada and USA.
MRS. IFEOMA EKWENYE

Ifeoma EKwenye, a graduate of Mass Communication from the
University of Lagos. She started her career in the advertising
industry after which she moved to the Insurance sector where she
acquired deep marketing skills for over a decade before moving into
the Real Estate industry. Ifeoma has well over 15 years in Marketing
and Management. She functions perfectly in terms of people
management, Corporate activities, Strategies and Planning She
possesses vast knowledge in product and market development and also market regulations.

Goriola Shittu, a seasoned marketer with over 15 years of
experience joined Bashmoh Homes Limited in 2019, He has a
strong background in &business Administration (OND, HND) from
Yaba College of Technology and a degree in educational
Administration from the University of Lagos, bringing a wealth of
knowledge to the company. He also has a background in banking.

Gbadamosi Omotoyosi, is a highly skilled and results-driven professional with a degree in Business Administration from Lagos State University of Science and Technology. ADESINA SHARON DAMILOLA
Senior Manager/Regional Manager-North
Damilola, a graduate of Botany from the University of Ilorin, was appointed Regional Manager (North) at Bashmoh Homes two years ago. In this role, she provides strategic policy direction for regional operations and liaises with government and intergovernmental agencies on matters relating to land acquisition, building approvals, and other regulatory interventions across Northern Nigeria. Prior to her appointment, she served as the Head of Joint Ventures and Partnership Projects at Bashmoh Homes, where she successfully managed several high-impact collaborations — most notably the 120-plot joint venture with the Olorunsogo Power Plant Staff Cooperative (Pacific Energy Ltd).Currently a Senior Manager, Damilola is driven by her passion for excellence and has participated in numerous trainings and housing conferences, both within Nigeria and internationally, continually expanding her expertise and breaking new barriers in the real estate sector.
